- Was the staff great to work with? Why or why not? Liza and her staff rocks. They are always immediately responsive, flexible with what you want, professional, good listeners and very upbeat.
- Custom-made wedding jewelry? Custom accessories? What kind? Liza worked with my fiancé to design a beautiful and unique ring that has a chocolate diamond. When we decided to make a few changes to the final product she was so accommodating it made everything super easy. Very grateful that Liza has made this a positive and fun experience.
- Most creative element of your purchase? The chocolate diamond was very unusual for an engagement ring and Liza made it look so elegant. I love that it is unlike any other engagement ring.
- Happy? Best wedding day comment? We are very happy with the way the ring turned out because it is just like we discussed with Liza. She delivers what is promised and works with you every step of the way to make sure you get what you want. I've gotten so many compliments and people asking where the ring was made - it's great that we have a story to tell!

- Was the staff great to work with? Why or why not? I had always said that I just wanted a simple silver band, but when he went to pick out a ring, he didn't feel like the bands were special enough and started a search for something in between a band and an engagement ring. After shopping around at some bigger brand name stores, he decided he wanted something more unique and artisan. He found Liza Shtromberg jewelry in Los Feliz, and was drawn to their handmade collection of gorgeous jewelry. He also knew I would be happy to hear that they don't use blood diamonds, and in some instances used recycled fine metals for their pieces. He fell for a slim white gold band that had 4 inset diamonds. This was the perfect choice for me as I wanted something simple and elegant. He didn't know my ring size, and the awesome sales manager at Liza Shtromberg, Lauren, told him to come back if he needed to get it resized. It turned out we needed to take them up on that offer, and when we went into the store, Lauren immediately greeted my fiance. This was clearly a person who put a high premium on customer service and had connected to my fiance while helping him pick a ring for me. They expertly sized the ring and then when we returned to pick it up, there was no charge. The ring is beautiful and simple - exactly what I wanted. We plan to return to Liza Shtromberg for our wedding bands and bridesmaids gifts. Their jewelry is unique and individual, which makes it feel so special.

- Was the staff great to work with? Why or why not? Yes! In addition to being incredibly talented as a designer, Liza is a delight to work with. She made the process so easy and fun, and she had a ton of good ideas. I also worked closely with Lauren, who was *awesome*.
- Custom-made wedding jewelry? Custom accessories? What kind? Liza designed a custom engagement ring for my fiancee, featuring a yellow gold setting and a beautiful chocolate diamond. She had so many beautiful designs that my biggest problem was figuring out what I wanted.

- Was the staff great to work with? Why or why not? Yes, Liza worked closely with my fiance to design the PERFECT engagement ring for me and stay within his budget. For our wedding bands Liza was wonderful, she provided some initial ideas, listened to what we wanted, and then designed the perfect rings that represented exactly what each of us wanted.

- Was the staff great to work with? Why or why not? Liza and her saleswoman Gretchen were both fantastic! They're both really appreciative of what a special time an engagement is. Liza was incredibly patient and flexible, determined to get my fiance and I set up with the rings we loved at the price we could afford. Not to mention it's pretty cool to dish on jewelry with the designer herself!
- Custom-made wedding jewelry? Custom accessories? What kind? Most (if not all) engagement rings and wedding bands are custom made to order. The designs vary from elegant and traditional to wildly unique. My own favorites were those styles that drew from nature for inspiration, as well as her modern, funky play with gemstone selection and symmetry.
- Most creative element of your purchase? I've never seen anything like my ring before. The center stone is an uncut diamond (almost quartz-like, pale silver-gray in color, and so unique! I really feel the raw look brings the ring, and it's meaning, back down to earth, right where I want to be with my man on our special day.
- Happy? Best wedding day comment? Our ring selections for engagement and wedding bands was the first thing my fiancé and I could check off the wedding to-do list, and with Liza it was truly a memorable experience.
