Was the staff great to work with? Why or why not? Jerry was a superstar. In fact, everyone I've dealt with at Marshall Pierce has been wonderful. He worked with me very closely to get the custom ring I wanted. I'm not an easy customer (at least I know this) and Marshall Pierce surpassed my highest expectations. I met with a lot of jewelers in Chicago for this ring and have worked with others jewelers in the past on other projects, but none compared to Marshall Pierce.

Most creative element of your purchase? The micropave halo and the crazy level of workmanship.
Happy? Best wedding day comment? Incredibly happy. I haven't gone a day without some ultra-gushing comment in the year since I got it. The best compliment is when people I know have tried to create something similar. They haven't gone to Marshall Pierce for it, though, so it's just not the same thing.
