- Was the staff great to work with? Why or why not? Pam was wonderful to work with. I wanted to be sure I was getting the perfect diamond for the budget I had in mind. I received more than I was expecting. Pam picked out a 0.3 ct round brillinat diamond at VS clarity, G color. Better diamond specifications than advertised on the web site. This is something I really like, is the fact that they will always find the exact diamond advertised, and if one can't be found they will give you something better.
- Custom-made wedding jewelry? Custom accessories? What kind? I picked out a ring that is simple but masculine looking. I wanted to have a diamond with it but it is sometimes difficult to find a men's ring with a diamond that looks like a men's ring. The ring I picked was perfect.
- Most creative element of your purchase? I have a big ring size (size 13), and I wasn't sure if this ring size was available with the style I picked. They were able to accommodate any ring size with my style of ring.
- Happy? Best wedding day comment? A wedding ring is something you have forever to remind you of your committment to your loved one. I wanted the best ring without breaking the bank, and diamondwave was the answer. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
