I was looking for an eco-friendly, recycled metal ring, and I bought the women's palladium ring (2.2 mm) in a custom size (3.25). The ring I received was quite thin, less than 2 mm. My first attempt to contact them didn't get a response, so in a time crunch I went with another company (Brilliant Earth, which did make a beautiful ring). After an online complaint Jill Renee, the owner, contacted me and I sent the ring back to her. After seeing the ring she offered to refund the cost of the ring and to even send me the ring as a spare. Although I wish the problem had not occurred, ultimately I was happy with the level of service that Jill provided and I consider the problem resolved. By the way, I didn't have any problems with a standard order (5 mm palladium ring in size 7); my husband's ring came out very nicely.
