Elberta Officiants & Clergy: Beach Weddings

Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? No - Sadly I think this man is past his prime. It was very disorganized and communication wasn't clear. For example he told us what order to come out and where to stop, but then he took my (at the time to-be-husband) much further - over 20 yards difference.
What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? Sneeze / couch , which made a lot of snot coming out of his nose. (if you're suffering allergies one would think in such a profession you'd take a medication to allow for the event to be free of blowing noses) Then had our rings in his pocket so when it came time for him to reached in his pocket to bring out our rings. - I almost gagged because his hands couldn't be clean after blowing his nose. He later insulted the suggested vows I sent to him - we were unable to meet before hand so I sent him by email (without any acknowledgment) a little history about Steve and I
