*I found Robyn through her site when I was searching for an officiant. I contacted her via email and she did usually respond within 24 hours, I usually had to wait until nearly midnight to get a response each time.
*We arranged a meeting in person on 6/9/13. My husband-to-be and I waited an hour before leaving because she never showed up. I had attempted to email her while we were waiting there. She does not provide a telephone number on her website, nor had she ever given me one. I emailed her again I was leaving because she hadn't showed and she finally did respond (nearly midnight that night) that she had marked down our meeting accidentally for the wrong day. She had it listed for 6/16/13 (father's day mind you). I was a little taken aback because we had been corresponding that week about our meeting THIS Sunday and did not respond to her.
*I decided to give her a second chance. We arranged another meeting 8/17/13, this time she beat us there. She was friendly and upbeat and I really liked her so we decided to hire her. We gave her a $100 deposit and was told we would pay her the other $400 cash the day of the event. That afternoon she sent me everything she told me she would for use to design our ceremony. We actually were so excited that we did it all that day with the exception of our vows which I sent to her later on 10/12/13 and she replied we were all set.
*Robyn said she would be at the venue 1 hour before the ceremony, she actually came 45 minutes late claiming a flat tire after my wedding coordinator had to call her because she wasn't there and it was almost 2:30PM (when our ceremony should have began). We heard through the grapevine that she blew off a wedding completely prior to ours. She did show and married us at 3:15PM and did not accept the remaining $400. I lost 45 mins of my reception because of it and it makes me think the flat tire was bogus due to the blow off of a wedding just prior to my own.
