- Reverend Robin absolutely made my wedding day a complete joy. My time with Reverend Robin began a full year prior to my wedding when my groom and I met with her to discuss what we wanted for our wedding. Her warmth and genuine concern with making sure our ceremony reflected who we are and what we wanted our day to be put us at ease immediately. Over the next year, Reverend Robin corresponded with us, helping us to find ceremony readings, etc that had special meaning for us. At our actual ceremony, Reverend Robin was such a calming and loving presence. Many of our family and friends commented to us on how much joy Reverend Robin exuded during the ceremony. You will find her to be an incredibly compassionate and genuinely loving officiant. I cannot recommend her more highly.
- Our ceremony was outdoors. At one point a few birds started crowing quite loudly above us. Reverend Robin smiled and paused, patiently waiting for the birds to quiet down before continuing. She went slowly so as to help us remain calm and savor the moment. It was lovely.
- Reverend Robin worked with us to completely personalize our ceremony. We got to work with her to choose everything from our vows to our readings to the words said throughout. It absolutely was a ceremony completely personalized to what we wanted.
- A family member who is also a minister commented to us about how joyful and wonderful she thought Reverend Robin was. Also, we had many family members and friends comment just generally on how great Reverend Robin was, conveying warmth and compassion throughout the ceremony.

- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? She has such a great amount of experience and resources that helped us plan a ceremony that fit us perfectly.
- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? We kept it simple and secular. Combining poetry options from Robin, an Irish blessing, and a ring-warming, we had a great, personalized ceremony.

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? Robin has a warm personality and a lot of poise, which made our ceremony appealing and helped us stay calm when up at the altar. Even more important, she allowed us to write our own ceremony using her "Big Book" of ceremony excerpts plus our own original vows. We emailed it to her, and she offered ideas without pressuring us to change it at all. Robin happily and skillfully delivered it just as we had written. We couldn't imagine a better wedding minister and strongly recommend her to everyone, regardless of the message you want your ceremony to have.

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? Rev. Renteria was exactly what we were looking for to complete our small non-denominational family wedding. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process by providing a full range of examples as well as offering suggestions based on her experience and skills. She was there to encourage us when needed and gave us space to complete all the other important wedding tasks. I would definitely recommend her.

- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? I couldn't be happier with Robin as the officiant of our wedding! From the first meeting I knew she would pay attention to all the details important to my husband and I. She gives the option for as much or as little input as you'd like to every aspect of your ceremony, and is happy to accommodate any special requests. Her "big book" made creating a special ceremony, unique to us an easy as the process could be. If you decide to go with Robin, have her attend your rehearsal to make the real thing as seamless as possible. I plan non-profit events for a living and am extremely detail oriented. When Robin offered to run the rehearsal I must say I was very hesitant because I've been involved in weddings where the Reverend was better to stick to performing the ceremony and leaving the details to a wedding director -- that couldn't be farther from true with Robin. She has performed enough weddings to know all the ins and outs of what could go wrong, and know how to lead a rehearsal so that everyone is comfortable with their role for the big day. I give her an enthusiastic two thumbs up!

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? Sooo comfortable. Robin radiates a presence of calm and love. She welcomed us into her home on the first meeting, and she was so easy to work with. All our family that interacted with her were very impressed with her kindness and professionalism.
- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? My husband and I are more spiritual than religious, so Robin created a ceremony for us that felt traditional, but had no mention of God. We also added the celtic handfasting ceremony and a Taylor Mali poem, both of which I found in Robin's ceremony planner.
- Favorite wedding ceremony comment from guests? Everyone commented that the ceremony was very "us." My mother's friends said it was the first wedding they had been to from someone of our generation and it set a high standard!

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? Rev. Robin Renteria made us feel relaxed and very comfortable on our wedding day. She was great in letting us know that we can take as much time as we needed during the ceremony for tears, smiles and nervousness :).
- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? We did a special ceremony including my daughter. We ended up wanting to do a family ritual of gathering of families. My "now" husband wanted to adopt her so we wanted to do something special to include her in the ceremony. She wrote the vows for my husband to say to my daughter in a very soft, romantic and personal way. It was wonderful as everything she wrote was exactly what my husband wanted to say to her. Our religions between us two are a little different. We didn't want a church wedding, but did want to include certain things as a part of the ceremony. We combined other ceremony rituals from other religions and it was just wonderful! Such a unique ceremony that will never be duplicated!!
- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? She gives you SO many options. It's completely endless. Her mind opens to anything and everything. Whatever you want on your day, it's going to happen. She enjoys meeting with you first so she can get an idea of what you want for your ceremony and how you invision your day. She helps you make options and decisions with what fits that criteria.

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? If it's any indication, our minds were each separately made up within three minutes of meeting Robin. Her overall approach - informative, real, present, honest, gentle and loving - really hit home for me and my (now) husband. Neither of us likes to be the center of attention and we could both just tell immediately after meeting Robin that she would be exactly the calming presence that we would need on our wedding day. We were 110% happy with the choice.
- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? Robin had these amazing pre-ceremony workbooks to help her get to know us and to help us to naturally tell our own story so she could work in the details and really personalize the wedding. It was an unexpected surprise, we were very grateful to have a framework to help us get our head's around all that we wanted to include in our special day. Robin is a real professional and knows how to make the job of shaping a ceremony easy for those who have never done it before, yet it always comes out from the heart - real and meaningful.
- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? Using the pre-ceremony workbooks that Robin gave us, we were able to shape a ceremony that was 100% what we wanted to say to one another and to our guests. We were able to incorporate the interests of our more traditionally Christian parents and grandparents while keeping true to ourselves. We wrote our own vows, which was made much easier with inspiration from countless sources and ideas that Robin provided us with. It really was the best part of the day for us. And it would absolutely not have been as meaningful or as poignant without Robin's help and presence.
- Favorite wedding ceremony comment from guests? All of our guests commented that it was the most "perfect" ceremony for the two of us and that it felt like Robin had really captured our story, our love, and our "vibe" and that she really created a wedding ceremony that was full of meaning. Our favorite comment was from our wedding photographer, though, who said that our wedding reminded her why she does her job, and that it reminded her of her own wedding, and that she was basically crying and laughing behind the lens as she captured it all. Thank you, Robin!

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? Robin was a fantastic officiant, we had a small family wedding and she made us feel really special. She is open to suggestion and is happy to listen, truly letting you have the wedding YOU want. We were a little late arriving at the ceremony, it took us a little while to get organised, and Robin was so patient, she didn't mind at all.
- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? She has a great presence, she has a great way of gathering people's attention.
- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? We didn't see the venue until we arrived, we let our family and friends decorate it for us as a surprise! It was a great way of seeing how well our loved ones knew us and our tastes. And they got it!!

We married by a lake, and after the ceremony we all went for a long walk on a trail, in my wedding dress,my brother made me laugh by saying " we were the best dressed walking party out here" My parents thought Robin was a lovely lady, My Dad said we were lucky to find somebody so good to marry us.

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? She was completely open to any suggestions we had. She was personable and always available to discuss planning the ceremony.
- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? The placement of the engagement ring over my wedding band. This was incredibly unique and we received a lot of compliments from our guests.
