- Damian offered a lot of flexibility/creativity with the vows. If we wanted, we could have completely written our own. However, because, we wanted something more traditional, we stuck to the framework, with just a couple of additions. Our wedding was fairly small (approx. 35ppl) and was planned without a wedding coordinator. We completely relied on Damian to tell us the do's, the don'ts and the how-to's. He was quite helpful with the rehearsal, as well as on the day of, by guiding us through each step.
- Damian offers a marriage coaching service called Marriage Foundations. My husband and I participated in this. These classes helped prepare us for what to expect in the upcoming years of our life together. I definitely recommend these classes to ensure that you and your fiance communicate about your expectations for your marriage.
- We choose Damian as our officiant because he was very willing to accomodate our requests. If you're planning a wedding, you know that no two weddings are exactly the same. Our situation was that my husband and I have different religions. I always thought that I would have a traditional church ceremony. Given that we were joining two religious backgrounds, a different (still semi-traditional) plan was best.

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? Damian was wonderful and made us feel like we were friends - not just another client.
- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? Damian injected fun and passion, which was definitely unexpected by us.
- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? Together, we wrote a few wedding scripts and Damian reviewed them with us and suggested a rose ceremony. The rose ceremony had our mothers crying happy tears.
- Favorite wedding ceremony comment from guests? One of our friends commented on how relaxed yet energetic Damian was during the ceremony, and thought he did a great job combining our personalities into the perfect ceremony.

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? Absolutely. Felt like we were talking to someone we had known for a long time. Really took the time to get to know us so our ceremony was fun and personal
- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? Truly stuck to our plan because we had tailored it exactly as we wanted.
- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? We chose and put together our vows from tons of ideas he had given us and it was nothing I had ever heard and will likely never hear again. Really one of a kind! We also did a sand ceremony that involved our three children. It was very special for all of us.

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? We were so lucky and thankful to have Damian King as our wedding officiant for our ceremony July 7, 2012 at Dawes Arboretum. He walked us through the process beforehand and helped us tailor our ceremony to our wants and personalities. I felt like our ceremony truly reflected who we are as a couple. Damian was very organized for our rehearsal and was flawless during the ceremony (even though it was outdoors in 106 degree heat!) I really liked how he kept both of us "cool" and calm during the ceremony. It was one of the best moments of our lives and I wouldn't change anything about it! I would highly recommend Damian King to any couple planning their wedding.
- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? We both appreciated that Damian kept us "cool" under pressure during our 106 degree outdoor ceremony. He even paused the ceremony to let us catch our breath and offered a tissue so we could wipe our brows!
- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? We wrote our own vows, which really made our ceremony unique and special. Damian transitioned from the traditional part of the ceremony to our own vows seamlessly and it really helped make our ceremony reflect us as a couple.
- Favorite wedding ceremony comment from guests? Many of the guests commented that our ceremony was beautiful and they really enjoyed Damian's upbeat personality and how he made the ceremony a lively celebration!

He smoothly ran our rehearsal, conducting the event in a calm and informative manner and had put together a clear outline of what our ceremony would entail. The day of the ceremony he checked in with my husband and I before the ceremony and was reassuring and comforting throughout the entire process. - How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? Damian gave us a perfect ceremony. He met with us several times before the wedding day to get to know us and discuss how we wanted our ceremony. He gave us great ideas and had several options to personalize our wedding just for us. Damian also was very helpful during the rehearsal with helping us make decisions on what looked best and making sure things ran smoothly. Damian is a energetic and positive person which showed through in our ceremony. My wife and had an amazing wedding and would highly recommend Damian for anyone that is getting married. Thanks again Damian!!

- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? Damian was a wonderful officiant and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. He speaks in a clear and distinct manner and makes sure everyone can hear him during the ceremony. Damian makes sure he gets to know you on a personal level before your wedding. I found this to be very important in choosing my officiant as I wanted the ceremony to be as special as possible. Thanks Damian!

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? My husband and I were delighted to have Damian as our wedding officiant. He was very friendly and professional and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Damian made our planning so simple and everything turned out perfect. He sent us sample vows and ceremony outlines that took the pressure off of us. He always took the time to respond to my emails and answered any questions that we had.
