- Yes. Brenda knew so much about so many different types of ceremonies that she was able to help us figure out what style of wedding would be perfectly suited for our personalities and the overall feeling we were going during the ceremony.
- We wanted a semi-religious ceremony but not too heavy on "God" or "Jesus", but it was important to us that the ceremony still feel like a wedding and be longer than 10 minutes. Brenda suggested in addition to the ceremony she would write for us that we add in a handfasting ceremony. It was beautiful and made our wedding even more memorable and meaningful.
- We let Brenda write an original ceremony for us and included the handfasting ceremony. It was an outdoor wedding in the South Carolina mountains in a handcarved gazebo on family property. We incorporated my favorite color (orange) and flowers (daisies) into the bouquets and the groom and groomsmen each had a different orange ties. Rob's a cyclist so we had a reading about how love is like riding a bike. We also had a fireworks as party favors and we set off a ton of the big ones (S.C. has the BEST fireworks...not the little puny kind). Since there was room on the property, we also carved a trail and campground out of the wilderness for our friends and had a shuttles running from 2 of the hotels to the wedding so the guests would not have to drive.
- This was the most fun wedding I've ever been to.

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? Brenda was our officiant at Twigs in downtown Greenville, SC and she was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! She took the time to get to know us and personalized our ceremony to fit our family. She is very friendly, efficient and a good hearted person who is pleasant to work with. We would recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant or minister. I'm sure she gives the same personal attention and overall experience to all of her couples - she's great and we highly recommend her services! : ) Xavier & Diane

- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? It was the perfect ceremony for the two of us. Being far from our families we just wanted something small and memorable, Brenda provided that and more for us. Her photographer contacts were great as she hooked us up with Susan Gray for our pictures. I would and already have recommended her to others considering getting married.

- Wedding officiant make you comfortable? Why or why not? Brenda was relaxed and confident. I was nervous but she came to see me and we spoke before the ceremony started. She reassured me, told me to breathe and just listen. We did and everything went fine.
- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? She sent us a copy of our ceremony about a week before the wedding so there were no surprises. She has a great personality and that came thru during the ceremony.
- How did you personalize your wedding ceremony? There was a list of questions we answered to customize our ceremony. She has lots of good ideas and suggestions.

- What did the officiant or clergy add that was unexpected? The opening prayer was very touching and the blended family Sand ceremony was more beautiful than I imagined.
