This is a tough question.....which one wasn't!!!??? Kristen truly captured our day and each shot was unique and SO in-the-moment that I cannot say which one was my favorite. However, if I have to choose, the ones we were both laughing in were my favorites.
We hardly knew that she was there besides when we did our First Look shots. We wanted candid shots that truly captured our day and that is exactly what we got. =). Kristen shot around our natural "poses" and seized everything that happened. The action shots she took tell the story of our day more than any posed shot could have and that is what made our photos truly breathtaking.
Kristen allowed for us to create our own "package" which included one photographer for 6 hours (which ended up being a bit longer due to a ceremony delay at no extra charge).
Kristen let our wedding day happen and she captured those moments as the day unfolded. She did not direct or change anything that was not happening naturally. In turn, her photos tell the story of OUR wedding day and that is what we believe makes a true photographer. Thank you, Kristen!!!

What was your favorite wedding photo? All of our photos are fabulous - but if I had to pick, my favorite shot was a photo of my husband and I in the Meadow Brook Hall gardens (Michigan). We were standing underneath this gorgeous brick archway - it was just perfect.
How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? Amazing with candid shots - Kristen and Jamie just let us be ourselves. My husband and I are not serious picture takers - we like to laugh and goof around. Our photos reflect that. They captured us and our personalities. We had a blast having those photos taken. They just kind of blended in with us - they weren't intrusive or anything - you almost forgot you had someone taking pictures. I LOVED that.
What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? We had 2 photographers (Kristen and her hubby Jamie), a complimentary engagement session (which was a blast!), a DVD of all of our amazing photos, unlimited wedding day coverage, and an online proofing gallery.
How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? Kristen and Jamie are so fun and so down to earth - we, along with our families and bridal party felt like we had known them for years. They were very laid back, they went with the flow - they let us be us. Almost a year later we are still talking about how much fun we had with them.
