Photographers: Ardent Photography ~ Stephanie Osborne

Two months following our wedding, Stephanie Osborne informed us that, “due to a memory card malfunction,” a large majority of our photographs were lost. Despite her contract saying otherwise, she refused to refund our money AND blocked access to the website containing our surviving pictures. I was forced to take her to court. I easily won the lawsuit and the judge ordered a full refund. Today, more than two years after the verdict, Mrs. Osborne has continued to ignore the judge’s ruling and has refused to provide us with our money. I realize that Ardent Photography probably has a lot of good reviews. And, honestly, the pictures that we finally did get were of high quality. HOWEVER, do you really want to take a chance on your wedding day? As for my wife and I, we HIGHLY SUGGEST you chose another photographer. Please don’t make the same regrettable decision we did.
