She took maybe 3 engagement shots that I liked....all in the same setting so I could only use one per display area.
She greatly disrupted the entire planning process. It was difficult to even meet with her the first time. Then, she attempted to reschedule our engagement shoot not even two days before it was supposed to occur. Once we were finally on our engagement shoot, which I was told would last about 2 hours, she abruptly left after only one hour of shooting the pictures. No warning. She was gone.
We were supposed to receive and engagement shoot, $75 print credit, 2 shooters at our wedding for 5 hours, $$250 print credit for that, and a disc of "all" images taken (turns out that they only meant the pictures that they wanted to spend time working on, despite our wishes for the shots to be released to us).
These photographers effectively ruined my wedding planning process. For about two months I seethed about the engagement shoot situation and the bizarre non-results that followed. Then, one week they decided to start actually providing customer service and when my fiance and I went 48 hours (during finals week mind you) without a reply to their e-mail, they decided they did not want to work with us anymore. Not only did they ruin wedding planning for me, they ruined our budget and we were at that point 4 months out from our wedding without a photographer. Be very careful before you book this vendor. Is someone else going to book a wedding with a bigger budget on your wedding day? You better hope not, because they will drop you as soon as they have the opportunity.
