It's hard to pick a favorite photo, there are so many to choose from. Melissa did a great job capturing our first dance though, we were totally lost in the moment and I forgotten that she was even there taking pictures.
Melissa did not get in the way at all. She seemed more like a member of the family than the photographer. Her candid shots are definitely my favorites, but all of them are beautiful.
My package included engagement pics, DVDs, and two photographers. We also decided to order an album later on.
Melissa was just at ease the whole time. Her being so laid back and comfortable kind of rubbed off onto everyone else. From seeing the engagement pics we knew that the wedding pics were going to turn out beautifully, so that was one less thing to be worried about.
What was your favorite wedding photo? My favorite wedding photo was taken by Melissa Lawler in downtown Indianapolis, IN (actually an engagement picture). It is a very creative shot with my husband dipping me - really captures how in love we are and how much fun we have together as a couple.
How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? You would hardly know Melissa was at the wedding, but she was still able to capture the emotions of the day...The posed shots were excellent as well. She even got my 6 month old nephew to look and smile at the camera!!
What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? 2 photographers, album, DVD and engagement pics were included in our package.
How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? Melissa kept us at ease during the entire day. It was nice to not have to worry about capturing the day, Melissa did an excellent job with that!! There were so many things on my mind that day - the last thing I needed to worry about was making sure pictures were being taken of family and friends in attendance. I was so thankful that Melissa was my photographer and have enjoyed looking at the pictures from the biggest day of my life!
