- What was your favorite wedding photo? The pictures turned out really well for the most part.
- How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? Due to bad pre wedding experience, I asked Kathy to be at the church 30 minutes earlier than necessary. She outsmarted me though because she was an hour late. Her excuse was that she went to the church next door and took pictures thinking it was our church. Granted, she did not see anyone from our bridal party there and had been given the correct church address many times. This is typical for the entire experience with Kathy that is still dragging on today.
- What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? kathy was the only photographer in my package. We paid for 2 hours before the ceremony, the ceremony and a few hours into the reception. We also paid for three albums, and a DVD with all proofs and reprint rights. It took over 6 months, a threat of legal action and a compaint to the Kentucky Better Business Bureau to get our DVD. We are one month shy of our one year wedding anniversay and still have no albums that we paid for. Kathy does not respond to our emails. We gave up on trying to call her months ago. I'm afraid that we will file a lawsuit to get the albums that we paid for.
- How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? Kathy aggravated my entire family throughout the process both with her unprofessionalism with me personally and with them. The situation with Kathy has become almost a joke in my family. No one thinks we will ever get what we paid thousands of dollars for from Kathy.
