Portland Photographers: Kim Chapman Photography

What was your favorite wedding photo? A close-up shot of my husband and I on the bridge where we were married. We're smiling and gazing into eachothers' eyes and the background is the brilliant blue sky. It's breathtaking and makes me smile everytime I look at it.
How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? While Kim gave excellent direction, she was never overbearing. She had lots of wonderful ideas for various poses, and she was always so enthusiastic. She also took great candids, which turned out to be some of my favorites. During the reception, she was on and off the dance floor taking photos, but we hardly knew she was there.
What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? Included in our package was 6 hours of photography (including "getting ready" photos, ceremony, portraits and reception), a proof book and DVD with 600+ photos, to which we were given the digital rights.
How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? We all felt so comfortable with Kim. She was so sweet and had great energy, and was fun to have around!
