  • We have so many that it's hard to pick just one, but one of our favorites has us sitting on the branch of a tree.
  • Samantha and Laura excel at candids, which we preferred. We still had more formal, posed shots taken, but we really liked Studio Noir for their expertise with candid photography. They also took many great action shots without disrupting any of the activities.
  • Two photographers, copies of all digital photos, a mini engagement shoot, photos from pre-wedding activities, as well as the wedding/rehearsal.
  • They were incredibly easy-going, flexible, and nice. They did a great job mingling with friends and family, but also stayed out of the way when taking pictures that we hardly noticed we were on camera.

  • What was your favorite wedding photo? It's hard to pick just one... we had some photos taken along a curved wall in the church that we loved and had a photo taken in front of a tile mural that turned out really well. The Studio Noir did an awesome job of using the many artistic elements of the church to create some very neat photos.
  • How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? The Studio Noir did a great job of staying in the background, yet capturing the special moments of the day. They are especially talented in capturing great candid photos.
  • What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? Our wedding package consisted of an engagement session at the site we got engaged at, a DVD of our engagement photos and wedding photos, and 2 photographers for the entire wedding event, from our formal photos to the reception.
  • How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? The Studio Noir was great to work with. They made the photography experience a fun part of our wedding day and were sure to capture all the images we requested along with using their fresh artistic ideas to capture many other photos to help us remember how we felt and the experiences of our special day. The photographers are very energetic and made us feel comfortable. You can tell they love what they do and want to make it the best experience possible!

  • What was your favorite wedding photo? One of my favorite wedding photos was where my husband is dipping me backwards under our arbor.
  • How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? Yes, I would say her strongest point would be candids. Laura blends right into the crowd. She is very good with people!
  • What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? We received several DVDs, a photo album and engagement pictures. Laura even came to our rehearsal dinner!
  • How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? Laura was very good with our guests. She was very friendly and fun to be around. She can relate to all personalities! Very energetic and loves her job.

  • What was your favorite wedding photo? It is hard to choose one, but if I had to choose one I would say the two of us feeding each other our wedding cake. It was spontaneous and truly captured how happy we were.
  • How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? I was always in the moment. Nothing they did distracted me from our big day. The candids were taken without me knowing and the formals were always at a good time. I never found them grabbing me to take a formal while I was talking to guests or having alone time with my husband.
  • How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? I knew they were capturing every single moment; even moments I didn't know would be "a moment." They captured our memories without disrupting the experience.
