  • Its so hard to just choose one! I think the best one was in front of a pond and I had gotten on my tip toes to give a kiss to my husband. I didn't know it at the time but I had kicked my one foot back like a princess and there were geese wondering around in the background. He not only captured the photo perfectly but managed to put a creative touch on it by doing the trendy angled shot. It was wonderful!
  • He seemed to pick the best times to ask me questions. It was never a burden or interruption. He is very polite and cool! Everyone could follow his direction well.
  • We picked the least expensive package. It did not include prints or albums but he uploaded them to an online site that printed professional prints and anyone from the wedding could access the site and order prints. Also which was cool, which I don't know if he still dose, he gave us the copyrights for the pictures and a CD of all the pictures he took. So that way we could have them printed any where at our leisure. Other packages I believe included studio time and engagement pictures.
  • He just did, there was never a question. He has a great sense of humor. Also he has a second photographer that comes with him to help assist. They get shots of there own from different angles so they are able to get shots from the whole event, they didn't miss a beet. Overall just a wonderful guy and great photographer. I would use him again for future events!

  • What was your favorite wedding photo? My Favorite picture was one taken in the middle of the street, downtown Marshall,MI. We got married in December and it was snowing, Marshall had all the Christmas lights up downtown. We all jumped out of the limo and into the street! It turned out BEAUTIFUL!! With the snow falling and all! This idea by Allen's Photography was AMAZING!!
  • How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? I was not big into the traditional, posed pictures. I wanted creativity and different. Allen's Photography came up with great ideas to get all of the "traditional" pictures in non-traditional ways! He never was in the way of anything, we hardly even knew he was there! I loved that! He also took a great action shot of the girls diving for my bouquet,it was priceless!
  • What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? We ordered the package that included the engagement session and a photo album plus a CD! It was the best deal around for the quality and the amount of pictures you receive. He offers a few different packages, all reasonably priced.
  • How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? Allen was very easy to talk to and tell what we wanted. I am a huge picture person and to know that these are going to capture the best day of my life, I wanted them to be perfect! And he did just that. He honored every request that I had and remembered the list I had sent him of all the pictures I wanted and with whom I wanted them with. He was also very laid back and joked with us which made us feel more comfortable with him!

  • What was your favorite wedding photo? My favorite picture was a picture that I don't think Allen "planned." My husband and I were just sitting looking at eat other right after our ceremony, and Allen had the perfect eye to catch this special moment for us. It was truly a unique picture that was commented on by our family and friends.
  • How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? This is the thing that struck me about Allen he was so kind and patient to my family. The moment that I knew I picked the perfect photographer for my wedding, was when my grandfather wanted to take a picture of my husband and I and he accidently stepped in front of Allen to picture. My grandpa then immediately stepped back to wait for Allen to take his pictures first, but instead Allen told him to take his picture first and not just one, but many pictures, while Allen just waited, and chatted with my family.
  • What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? I order many 4 x 6 photos for album, a couple 8 x 10's, but Allen allowed me to have the cd of pictures from our wedding so that we could order pictures as our budget allowed. We were also moving soon after our wedding so it work out good for us to be able to wait to order them once we were settled. There was an engagement session included but we didn't use it since we had our engagement pictures taken before we decided on a photographer.
  • How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? Allen was able to joke around with my family, and could talk to any of them about anything. My entire family has nothing bad to say about Allen or the job that he did for my wedding.
