- The indoor photos were grainy and overexposed. Did not have proper indoor settings.
- Originally included 2 albums, engagement pics, bridal session, and 2 photographers. Had trouble getting him to get these done so traded 2 albums and bridal session for rights to photos on DVD.
- He was really good up to the wedding. After the wedding he was nearly impossible to get a hold of.
