- I had a total of 5 people photographing our wedding. I was paying Wood Photography, and the others took pictures because they wanted to. Out of all of them, Rachel's were the worst. In the posed family shots, there are GIANT shadows on people! She checked the photo after she took each one, and did not think to correct this issue!
- My husband and I paid for all of the above. During the planning process, I could send her an email, and it would take her a month or two to respond. Since we have been married, I have emailed her on numerous occasions, and as of today, January 2, 2012, I have not received the leather book that was included in my package. She stopped responding to my e-mails completely in September of 2011. My husband tried calling a couple of times, still with no response. DO NOT USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER!!!

- What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? All of the above was included in our portrait package. The engagement photos were really nice and I received them in a timely manner. As for the wedding photos, I would not recomend this photographer to anyone for their special day. Rachel was supposed to have a schedule set up for the big day that didn't happen. She showed up late, and after the big day was over and it's now been 16 months since, we have yet to receive any product from the wedding day. $1500 dollars and not a single pic? She did say proofs were sent to us in the mail and that was a lie. Soon after she stopped taking my calls and does not respond to my e-mails. Do not use this photographer!

- What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? Well we still have yet to receive anything. Our contract states approx. four weeks we are now going on week 19 or 20! Will not return phone calls or emails. Horrible customer service. You get what you pay for!!
