There was a close-up shot that was taken right at the moment when we were having our first dance. The shot was taken but slightly touched up to allow for the light to filter on our faces and fade out the background. It was one of those shots that was taken at a precise moment in time that couldn't be posed or even replicated. Everyone who comes by to see our photos always comments on this photo and it truely is our favorite.
We really didn't even notice any photographs being taken during the actual ceremony like with a disruptive flash but we had some amazing shots. I think nearly everyone wants a great candid shot or action shot and Mike delivered on that. It could have been a lucky shot, but with the several shots that were taken we had plenty of great candids and action shots to choose from. Our plethora of protrait photos turned out amazing as well, family members had plenty to choose from.
We chose to have albums for each of our parents and a few DVD's. The dvd is so worth it because you'll forget those little moments during the service and afterwards that made the day so much fun. We had engagement photos taken much earlier with another photographer but wished we might have gone with a package deal after we took those. And we only had Mike taking our photos that day - we figured one was enough for our wedding.
What made the day run smoothly is that Mike had everything planned out already for us. He wasn't pushy or disruptive or made anyone feel uncomfortable with wierd poses or anything like that. Overall we would recommend his photography services to anyone. The photos turned out brilliant and we were definitely satisfied with our wedding photos!
