- DO NOT USE! I used John got my wedding photography and while his pictures are great, his customer service is AWFUL. It has been 6 months since my wedding and i have only been able to get in contact with him ONCE despite numberous e-mails and phone calls. I've seen my proofs and thats it. He is awful to get in contact with and is very unprofessional about finishing his services.
