- It took 9 months to get my photos and I only received maybe 1/3 of the photos they took. They are hard to get a hold of and very unprofessional. After 6 ignored emails, they finally responded when I threatened legal action against them. I never received an apology or an explanation beyond "we've been very busy". DO NOT use these photographers!
