My favorite wedding photos were all in the wedding album we received from Danielle. We were able to choose the images, which was difficult considering we loved so many of them! I was so glad we decided to use Treasured Images for our big day, my wife and I were equally impressed. She really seemed to capture just what we were looking for!
Danielle actually went above and beyond my expectations that day. Having little ones in the wedding can be challenging, she got the eye contact and expressions for each shot. When the kids got restless during the wedding party photo shoot, her assistant actually kept the kids occupied (both parents were in the wedding also!) I was thrilled with the customer service! They were very personable and professional, got to know the names of the wedding party and helped us relax rather than stress everyone. It is obvious she is a veteran at wedding photography!
We received albums, a disk of the original images along with our choice of edits (b&w, sepia, a little extra flare on some) She also included the engagement session and we were able to have an album of those photos to use as a 'guest book' if you will, at the reception! She had more than enough equipment, including another photographer. She was not only time, she was EARLY!!! :) my wife loved that she did not have to question her where-abouts! Danielle was so prepared, she got stains out of the grooms-mens' shirts, fixed my wifes dress (the beading began to let lose!) and kept the wedding party in line and informed on what to expect!
Danielle knew my names, who she needed in what picture, and where she wanted to what shot. She had never even been to the location but seemed as if she grew up there! Our pictures turned out fantastic. I could not even picture that day with a different photographer. The photographers at Treasured Images truly care about the day as being YOURS. The assisted my wife with her dress, flowers, anything she needed they told her 'Its YOUR day!' Even with family at the wedding, the were extremely kind as if they were family themselves.
