  • I have several favorites, but if I had to narrow it down to 3 it would be: - the photo of me and my husband with our heads bowed in the church - the photo of our hands and wedding rings holding beer cans (craft beer, if that elevates it) - the photo of my 5 year old nephew holding a sparkler at night -
  • Andrea was amazing at this. A few people said they noticed her during the evening, but most people didn't even know we had a photographer. She did such an amazing job of blending in and capturing what was happening organically around her during the night. I couldn't have been happier.
  • Andrea's very professional. We had a few consultations with her before the wedding, and she sent us a cd with all our pictures on it. She also sent us a link with a password to view the photos online. This was incredibly helpful because we were able to share it with friends and family.
  • She totally fit in. She didn't bark out orders to get people together for photos, she didn't take over and try to make people do what she wanted them to do. She was super friendly and knew how to get people together for the posed shots. Really, she felt like a guest. It was great.

Review: Everything I wanted in a photographer

  • What was your favorite wedding photo? It is hard to pick a favorite, but there is a wonderful shot of my husband and I on a set of stairs. We both are looking at each other with expressions of contentment and true affection for one another. Everything a wedding photo should be I guess. There are also lovely pictures of my daughter, our families, wedding details - I can't think of anything that I don't have a great picture of.
  • How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? A photographer who could "blend" was of utmost importance to me, and Andrea was fantastic at this. There were times I didn't even know she was in the room until I heard the whir of the camera. Yet I could still find her when I realized there was a specific picture I wanted. I also really wanted more of a photojournalistic approach. Andrea did great catching what was actually happening at the wedding. I really felt that I got a sense what kind of a time people had at our wedding by looking at the photos. As the bride it all goes by kind of fast, and the photos remind me of all the details and the time we got to spend with friends and family. We had some portraits too, and they also were amazing!
  • What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? Andrea came to our wedding in the Berkshires, which was a hefty drive and stayed for about 8 hours. It was just her since my wedding was under 40 people. I got a DVD of all the photos.
  • How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? I got so many comments from guests on how nice she was and some even noted they were impressed with the shots she was thinking to get, saying "she seems to really know what she's doing". Andrea gave great direction in a gentle and friendly way. She is just a lovely woman so its hard not to feel comfortable.
