I do not have just one favorite, honestly...all of my pictures are my favorite. To say I loved my engagements, bridals, and wedding photos is an understatement and does my pictures an injustice. My pictures are beautiful and everything I hoped for. I have posted my pictures on my facebook and have shared them through email to friends and family, and the reaction is always the same, "your pictures are absolutely gorgeous." What makes our pictures so wonderful, is that the photographers listened to what we wanted and matched that with who we are...our pictures truly show us and the love we have for one another. I feel so blessed to have the pictures we do, they will always allow us to "remember"our wedding day just the way we wanted.
Our wedding photographer became our friend along the way. She was more than just our photographer as she truly put forth the effort to know us on a personal level and allow us to know her. That was important to me. I didn't feel like we had a stranger taking our pictures, I felt like we had a friend. They knew every detail of our wedding and therefore knew exactly what we cared for most to be photographed and made sure that we had multiple pictures taken. Looking at the thousand plus pictures that our photographer took, I laugh because I didn't even know she was there to take the picture. Because of the relationship our photographer built with us, I never would have thought that she was disrupting our day...not that she did!! She was just as perfect as our pictures!
Our package included: 8 hours of wedding coverage, a high resolution disk of wedding photos, engagements, and bridals. An online gallery to view all photos. A 2-3 hour bridal and engagement portrait session. A wedding album, thank you cards, and a print credit. Everything we wanted!
Like I previously stated, she became our friend. She took an early interest in our families and our lives, which was a wonderful unexpected surprise. Phone calls and emails were never robotic, there was always a heartfelt emotion attached to every interaction. When it came time to formal pictures, our photographer knew family members by names which meant a great deal to us.
