What was your favorite wedding photo? I don't have a favorite, as the photographers did not take shots as I had hoped (and as they had advertised their style to be).
How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? He didn't. At the reception he complained about the food we provided to him and his three assistants to myself and my husband. He was expecting that we buy all four of them the same meal as our guests, which was not our intention as we had hired him and his assistants to work, not eat a steak and seabass meal.
What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? A huge headache. Over a year and a half after the wedding we STILL do not have the photos and video, because of his poor attitude, lack of customer service and overall refusal to take responsibility for the job we paid him to undertake.
How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? He didn't. He kept asking us 'what do you want us to take pictures of?' It was my understanding that a photographer would know how to frame a picture better than the person in the photo, but evidently not. We were not pleased at all with either the photographer's attitude or the product he produced.
