- The best decision I made while planning my wedding was to have Be Ward be my wedding coordinator! During the planning process Be was resourceful, patient, took the time to understand our vision for our wedding day, listened to our concerns and found solutions. She spent hours on the phone with me to find out where I was in the planning process and made suggestions as to what my next steps should be. As we got closer to the wedding day she kept open communication with all the vendors in regards to the time line. This was extremely helpful because I wasn’t overwhelmed with emails and questions, she knew what everyone’s contract stated and made sure that they all keep their commitment. The wedding day turned out PERFECT!!! I really enjoyed getting ready, having my friends and family around and not worrying about a thing. While I was doing that, Be was running around checking us into our hotel room, made sure the reception room was set up properly according to my seating chart created at www.theknot.com, she even had a plan B in mind if the weather wasn’t going to hold up. I am sure she did a lot more that I’m not aware of because the whole day was flawless. One of the most important moments was the Ceremony. She played a crucial role in telling all the family members and bridal party what to do. I cannot imagine having to rely on anyone in the family or any of my friends to handle this part. The venue coordinator was very clear about not being in charge of coordinating the ceremony. During the reception Be followed our well planned time-line and always had an eye on us, when I needed to communicate with her she came right over to our table. At the end of the night Be made sure that all the rented items were returned to vendors and that my family took home any leftovers. She called cabs for our guests and made sure our car was in time to take us to the hotel. It all ended wonderful! The reviews I got from my family and friends were also great, they all had a good time and felt that the whole event was very well organized. I couldn’t have accomplished this without Be and I am very thankful to her for helping me.

- How did wedding planner make your day special? Having Be there allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my wedding day. She was very thorough in our pre-meetings and was on top of the timeline. It was nice to have someone else in charge so that I can enjoy special moments with my family and friends. My family also mentioned to me how nice it was to have her there to manage the small details.
- Useful suggestions, tips, wisdom your planner offered? Be provided a list of cab numbers for our guests and names of local bars/nightclubs for our guests that wanted to continue to party around the area. She knew our event would end around 11 pm and was prepared that some of our friends wanted to continue the fun while we made our grand exit.
- How the planner reduced your inner-Bridezilla? She had a little emergency travel kit that help my bridesmaids. This kept me calm since I knew she came prepared for almost anything.
- Value of a wedding planner? Her prices were lower than some of the full service planners but I thought her work was very professional.
