- How did wedding planner make your day special? Simply put, I don't know how my wedding would have been as wonderful and memorable as it was without Felicity. She was there as a day-of coordinator, and she really made it all come together. She is great to work with, so organized, and thinks of all the little details you don't. The one overwhelming thing for a bride planning her wedding is all the decisions to make, and with Felicity there, the last minute stressful ones seemed to disappear. She did a great job of creating the wedding timeline, and made sure everyone (vendors and wedding party) was where they were supposed to be. She worked together with the venue site coordinator to make sure every last detail was taken care of. And it was! On my wedding day, she periodically checked on me before and after the ceremony to make sure things were going well, to keep me on schedule, and see if there was anything I needed. At the end of the night she made sure the gifts were looked after and all our stuff was packed away and sent back to the hotel. She also had a wonderful assistant with her, who was included in the cost (not extra). An example of how she took care of us: during the ceremony, we had a unity candle lighting ceremony with our moms lighting the two candles from a pre-lit votive. Well, they accidentally put the votive out as they were lighting them! As I am standing there helplessly watching, Felicity quickly appeared from a side entrance (she had been watching from the back of the room, so I don't know how she made it there in 2 seconds!) with a matchbook to save the day! I can't express how relieved the moms (and I) were. As my husband said after the wedding as we marveled at all Felicity did, "she was always there when we needed her, and disappeared when we didn't." Hiring Felicity was the best of the many decisions I made.

- How did wedding planner make your day special? By constantly working behind the scenes to insure all of my other vendors were on the same time line. Other than myself, there was no one who knew exactly how me and my fiance envisioned our big day. First I thought I could just have my mom or matron of honor do this job, but that would not be possible since they are just as involved with formal pictures, the ceremony, etc. You really need someone there to constantly make sure everything runs smooth DURING the ceremony, photos, cake cutting, first dance, etc.
- Useful suggestions, tips, wisdom your planner offered? Felicity was very good at suggesting areas where I should delegate tasks and which ones were important for me to focus on. She helped put everything in perspective and made sure I didn't worry about what didn't matter.
- How the planner reduced your inner-Bridezilla? By being very organized! She contacted all of my vendors and connected with them, so that on the wedding day she knew all of them and what to except. On our wedding day she had everything I hadn't thought of covered, even small things like bobby pins. That day ended up being hotter than planned and while my Mom, matron of honor and I were at home getting ready, she was at the venue and came up with a last minute decision to move guests to an air conditioned area before the ceremony since the ceremony was outside.

- How did wedding planner make your day special? It was so much fun to work with Felicity through all of the planning and execution of the most important and special days of our lives. My husband, the bridal party, our family, and friends could not say enough good things about her. Honestly, I have no idea how I would have pulled it all off without Felicity... and my wedding was absolutely everything I imagined and more!"
- Useful suggestions, tips, wisdom your planner offered? She had lots of little suggestions throughout the process that we incorporated into our day. The biggest and most loved suggestion by all our guests was the signature drink fountain. We were only going to do beer, wine and sodas but Felicity suggested doing a signature drink. We had a margarita fountain that everyone LOVED! What a great idea!
- How the planner reduced your inner-Bridezilla? She was able to keep control of the bridal party and guests on the day of our wedding so that I didn't have to worry about it. My MOH put it best when she said "Felicity was friendly but also got their butts into gear when needed."
- Value of a wedding planner? It's all the little details that you just don't think about that make a wedding planner invaluable! From coordiating all of the vendors, to making sure everyone is where they're supposed to be that day, to making sure all the little mishaps aren't noticed by the bride and groom....all of that made our day so relaxing for us (but probably not for her...haha!) Apparently we had some issue with the A/C and the DJ but we didn't know anything about it until after the night was over...I'm so glad we didn't have to worry about that ourselves. It would have turned the most magical night of our lives into a stressful evening of juggling the vendors and venue coordinator. Thanks Felicity for saving the day and making it go off without a hitch! You were the best!!
