- How did wedding planner make your day special? Initially we were not planning to hire a wedding planner. We thought that we can do everything ourselves. But as the date was approaching, we were getting overwhelmed with every detail and nervous. So we decided to hire a wedding planner. Since our families are multilingual, we were looking for someone who spoke our language and would make our parents and grandparents feel comfortable. A friend of ours referred Evgenia to us and we immediately clicked. She was very experienced, organized, open and funny and made us feel very special. She took care of guest arrivals and flowers arrangements. She guided our guests during church ceremony, cocktail hour and restaurant reception. She made is flawless and easy. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

- How did wedding planner make your day special? Hiring Evgenia was the best decision we made in planning our wedding! She was extremely professional, organized, timely, diligent, and above all - a PLEASURE to work with! I feel like we really became friends during the planning process. She was exactly what I needed - someone to keep all of our vendors in line, be mean to them when I didn't want to deal with or talk to them, make sure our wedding ran smoothly and on time (which it did!), make sure me, my wife, and our families had a great time on the day of the wedding-- all this without us EVER knowing there was a glitch or problem she was dealing with. She also did our wedding programs, place cards, menus, table names and numbers which were absolutely beautiful. I interviewed other "big name" New York wedding coordinators before I chose Evgenia and I am so glad we went with her! Even my wife, who was hesitant to even hire a coordinator, was extremely pleased and happy we hired her. She made it very personal, fun, and relaxing. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family members getting married.
