In the years I have spent decorating and planning weddings I have never worked with such a stress-inducing and unprofessional venue owner/coordinator. 1. She did not help with set-up or tear-down and did not want to let us move her unattractive décor and furniture. 2. The only wedding décor she had available was Christmas lights, tulle, and fake flowers. 3. The cut flowers she promised us were denied and we were forced to buy and arrange our own flowers. 4. She yelled at the bride for starting the ceremony 10 minutes late and proceeded to take off her coordinator smock, quit, locked herself in her house, and left the ceremony and reception to us. 5. She started to take apart the cake table and décor and loudly reprimanded us during the reception in front of shocked guests for using the wrong table. Instead of talking about the beautiful wedding and happy couple, guests discussed the terrible owner. Please choose a different venue that values flexibility and customer satisfaction.
