Wedding Planners / Consultants: Elegantly Yours Events

I signed a contract with Elegantly Yours Events for the Basic Wedding Coordination package (which is not quite the full wedding planner service…but way more than the month of wedding planner service). I’m not a big planner and knew I needed a lot of help in the planning of my wedding. But Dana was not there for me and she even admitted to me that she knew she only did the service of a month of wedding planner. And even after admitting that she did not perform all the duties in the contract, she still would not refund me any money. She stated after the fact that the reason why she did our wedding programs was to compensate us for her not doing her job the other 8 months of the planning phase. I never agreed to that being part of a settlement because to me…the programs were not worth the 8 months of planning I went through. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I wish I would have known how Elegantly Yours Events handled business before I signed a contract. She talks a good talk but please don’t fall for it like I did!
