- I was unhappy during my recent interactions with the hotel staff when I was searching for a wedding venue. I was very upset after a month of back and forth correspondences that it was then I was told the hotel was not available. This was most upsetting because we were told from the beginning that it was available and we had stopped looking at other sites. In addition, we tried to be patient with the hotel staff during the process when they did not respond in a timely manner. We feel we wasted a month of time waiting for this hotel. I was very disappointed in my experience.
