Wedding Venues: Hawk Hollow Golf Course & Banquet Facility

We had a very simple ceremony and reception.
We thought everything was going to be wonderful, but they failed to tell us about the reception room we reserved.
We had a outside wedding in the Eagle Eye garden. It was beautiul. We booked the Lakeside room at Hawk Hollow for the reception, it had one major problem. Hawk Hollow failed to inform us that the air conditioning in the room does not cool on very hot days. We had one of the hottest days of the year. The reception was ruined. The guests spent more time outside than inside. The other rooms cool very weel and we could have booked a different room if they had told us about this issue. We did get some money back, but that does not change the fact that this most important day of the bride and groom's life was ruined. They staff and management at Hawk Hollow all admitted that they knew about the cooling problem. Shame on Hawk Hollow for not being honest with people up front!!
Had to find a best part right now!!!! Maybe the money they refunded us!
