Tulsa Wedding Venues: IDL Ballroom

Our theme was a Classic Tulsa meets Romantic Beach. We had Wine Bottles with the labels being pictures of Tulsa places that both my husband and I love. Since we got married on the beach, we wanted to incorporate the beauty of the water and sand into our decor as well. We kept our flowers simple and bright. Gerbera Daisies placed inside the wine bottles with candles in different places.
The venue was amazing! We had the place from Noon until 2 a.m. All the tables were set up for us and any food prep equipment that we needed was there. The place is fully staffed with security and bartenders PLUS a full bar. There was a VIP room for me to get ready and sneak off to when I needed a break!! It included a private bathroom and sitting area.
We had our reception only there. We were married in the Bahamas but wanted to celebrate with all of our friends and family when we returned. Everyone was so happy with the venue. All of our guests still talk about the reception and how much fun they had!!
It's so hard to pick a favorite part of the IDL Ballroom!! It is downtown which was THE selling point for us. They put our names on the marquee (so cool!) It is fully staffed and the bar is fully stocked. The price of the venue includes the security and bartenders (major plus!!) Our guests could go to the two other clubs connected to the IDL. The staff is AWESOME!
