- What was your wedding theme? Décor? Setting? In a beautiful log cabin chapel with a huge picture window overlooking the Smoky Mountains
- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? The site offers many accomodations, none of which I would recommend, the view and chapel are beautiful, the customer service is terrible! There was not picture of my father and I walking down the aisle from the front, only from the back, there weren't any pictures at all of my ring bearer. The photographer was not very professional and only seemed to want to do shots she seemed to have been trained to do. We purchased a DVD of the ceremony which cost $75, the quality was not very good, and even worse the only two systems, of many that were tried, that would play sound from the dvd were a playstation 2 and one laptop. After trying numerous dvd players and computers, I called the chapel and spoke to the owner herself, and asked about this, and I was told they know that the dvds are not compatible with all dvd players, and I should just use it on a computer. I argued that they should tell people that they do not use a common formatting for the dvds before charging people so much, I was told another DVD would be burned for me and sent out, it has been over two months now, and I still have not recieved a working copy.
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? The reception hall was nice, however the food was not what we expected and they even ran out of tea and coffee for guests within an hour of a three hour reception.
- Favorite part of the venue? The view was magnificent!
