- What was your wedding theme? Décor? Setting? We wanted a fun, simple and classy feel. Our colors were hott pink and black.
- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? Fairy Tale Manor was VERY flexible!!! Tom, the venue owner, worked with us and flipped through the calendar until we found the perfect date. He was very personable and really wanted to know all about Andrew and I, you can just tell he was a very genuine person and that LOVES weddings!! Tom was readily avaibale to me, ALWAYS calling and emailing back asap. That was VERY important to me.
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? Yes, we had both ceremony and reception at fairy tale manor. We had our ceremony outside under their beautiful white gazebo and our reception was held in the ball room which made it a perfect transition to the party :) One of the selling points for us was that all the deco was included, beautiful chairs, chair sashes, linens and center pieces.
- Favorite part of the venue? I loved EVERYTHING about fairy tale manor but one of my favorite things was Tom. He was so amazing through the entire process. Even at the reception he would come up and ask me and my mom if we need anything, he truly made me feel like a princess!! The whole venue is beautiful and so simple. Everything is white so you can really make it your own. I am SO happy that I got married at Fairy Tale Manor, it was everything I hoped it would be. It was everything I had pictured since I was five. A big thank you to Tom and his staff for making our dreams come true!!!

- What was your wedding theme? Décor? Setting? White,Candy Pink and Chocolate.
- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? Tom and Autumn were willling to do whatever needed from the get go to meet my needs to make sure that my "Fairy Tale" came true.
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? Yes, both ceremony and reception took place there and it was a very smooth process. The ceremony was outside which made the reception inside the ballroom an easy transition. Everything was nicely spread out and looked great. When I look back there is not one thing I would have changed.
- Favorite part of the venue? The whole Fairy Tale Manor and the vendors wrapped up together. Big hats off to Laura Parker for capturing all the moments that I did not get at my first wedding. Love, The Splawn Family!

- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? WONDERFUL!!!! They helped with everything and had everything. I could not have dreamed for a better day and time
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? We did have both there, we had a lot of out of town guest and I wanted the least amount of driving. My husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect day. My parents and his parents had a great time and raved about how great the staff and venue were. My guest loved everything as well. Everyone dance, drank and ate and had an absolutely wonderful time.
- Favorite part of the venue? definitely the staff, they were great and helped make my day extra special

- What was your wedding theme? Décor? Setting? Royal Blue and White with Silver accent.
- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? Fantastic!
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? We had both the reception and ceremony at Fairy Tale Manor, and were very happy with the event.
- Favorite part of the venue? With my son and his fiance living in Australia, I took on the responsibility of planning and coordinating their wedding ceremony and reception here in the U.S. With the exception of a somewhat soiled carpet on the ceremony platform and rental cost on the high side, we were all very happy with Fairy Tale Manor and it's wonderful staff. Marcy and Tom were exceptionally helpful in making their wedding day truly a dream come true! I don't know what I would have done without Marcy's help in particular. At a time when my stress level was registering off the scale, she took control and led the way with every detail. I was especially thrilled with the number of colors offered in table linens and chair sashes, and the white chevalier chairs were a beautiful touch of elegance. We were able to have both the ceremony and the reception in the same room, with guests gathering in a connecting room for appetizers while the staff quickly flipped the ballroom. The bride, now my daughter-in-law, and her maid of honor also appreciated the use of a private chamber in which to prepare for the ceremony. While the family enjoyed socializing during the reception, the staff kept track of the timing of events and coordinated with the DJ, Bartender and Catering staff, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. Our family will cherish the memories of that day!

- What was your wedding theme? Décor? Setting? My wedding theme was tropical. My colors were pink and orange. I wanted to bring the tropic atmosphere life without being in a tropical location. My ceremony took place outside in the backyard of Fairy Tale Monor and the reception was inside in the ballroom. I loved the metal gazebo that was outside it brought something extra to the ceremony. I also loved how the ballroom had lots of windows and wood beam ceiling. To me, the ballroom seemed like a beach house. I was able to bring the atmosphere of the tropics inside without being in a tropical location.
- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? The one great characteristic of this venue is that they were true to their words in doing what they could to make your day how you've dreamed it to be. The were with you every step of the way and worked with in bringing your dream wedding to life. The people there are very friendly and make you feel so comfortable and like your wedding is the only wedding that matters.
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? I did have both my ceremony and reception there and it worked out perfect! My husband and I and all our guests were amazed by how well everything was put into place and how quickly they flipped the outside from the ceremony to part of the reception.
- Favorite part of the venue? My favorite part of the venue was the options that it gives. There are many choices that are available for all aspects of your wedding!

- What was your wedding theme? Décor? Setting? Chocolate & Cornflower Blue with Tangerine roses. Used their linens and centerpieces (included in the price), gorgeous! They even have most of the colors to match the bridesmaid dresses purchased from David's Bridal!
- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? Absolutely! When I was in an auto accident 2 months before the wedding and had a minimum of 2 months rehab to look forward to, they allowed me to move my date out a month to an available date on the same day/time. WOW!
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? Yes. We had planned an outdoor wedding and then of course it rained 2 days before and the entire time of the wedding. Luckily they were able to switch it to indoors without a blink of the eye. Don't risk it anywhere else!
- Favorite part of the venue? Tom Parker and his wife Laura Parker (who was my photographer) were the saving grace of my wedding. When the DJ fell through the day before, I had ongoing battles with my caterer and it rained cats and dogs the weekend of the wedding they were there with cool heads and solutions. This was something I did not expect of a venue rental. The provided far more than a space for my wedding including a coordinator who had 2 assistants trail me the entire night of my wedding, tending to my every needs. The coordinator ensured everything went off seamlessly and thank goodness because my last minute DJ was clueless. These guys are by far THE BEST! The include so many extras (linens, centerpieces, etc.) that other venues do not that saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I kid you not. You cannot go wrong. They even accommodated me by changing the wedding date by a month when I was in an automobile accident right before the wedding. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this couple. And Laura is by far the best photographer around - soon to be Top 100 in the World! So book her (if you can afford her - rates are going UP!)

- What was your wedding theme? Décor? Setting? Fall theme--burgundy, silver, and gold with tea lights on the tables, burgundy table cloths and silver chair sashes and lovely centerpieces on each table. It was an indoor reception and we also had a lighting package with the DJ services which really added to the ambience!
- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? OMG. FTM (Fairy Tale Manor) is wonderful! From the minute you meet Tom, you know everything is going to be taken care of and Autumn is a jewel--I am still not sure how she seamlessly manages so many weddings and brides and requests! I wish I had that patience! The other great thing was the recommendation on other vendors to work with--we wound up getting great suggestions on the DJ, florist, photographer, and cake, which all turned out to be fabulous people to work with--Laura, Tom's wife, is an amazing photographer and Jeff and I had so much fun with her on engagement, bridals, and wedding photos. Lauren, her assistant is so creative and we loved the 'ring' shots--great stuff!
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? Just the reception--and I was so worried no one would dance or there might be some difficulties getting everyone fed, but no worries. At FTM, they have a system for moving the guests along in a very unobtrusive manner, ensuring everyone is fed and having a great time. Someone happened to spill a drink out on the dance floor (having a little too much fun!) and next thing you know, Tom is out there wiping it up and making sure everyone is safe--this was so appreciated! And, everyone danced, which was great!!! They moved out the tables to make room for everyone and we had a wonderful evening.
- Favorite part of the venue? They made it easy and took care of everything--they have the tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, lighting, and fabulous staff! It is such a quaint venue and makes for a night to remember. We highly recommend FTM to anyone looking for a fairytale wedding!

- What was your wedding theme? Décor? Setting? Our colors where navy blue, moss green, and orange with peacock feather accents in the centerpieces, on the cake, and as clips in the bridesmaids hair.
- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? Fairy Tale Manor did everything possible to give me what I needed.
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? Yes we had both the reception and the ceremony at Fairy Tale Manor and it was amazing. Everything flowed smoothly from one to the other.
- Favorite part of the venue? All of it was absolutely amazing. Being able to have the entire venue for our wedding was so great. The gazebo outside was perfect and the ballroom was gorgeous. One of the greatest things about Fairy Tale Manor is that they include almost everything you would need for your venue site: tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, even a wedding planner and someone just for you on the day of your wedding to make sure you have anything you need.

- What was your wedding theme? Décor? Setting? My colors were mint green and mocha brown. We got married outside under the gazebo at sunset. Our reception was in the ballroom. We had the DJ stand up on stage with the dance floor directly in front and our cakes in the corner by the glass doors. Fairy Tale Manor provided all of the decorations. We used the birch branches with crystals as our center pieces and used mint green and mocha brown table covers and sashes on all of the tables and chairs. We had our food and cocktail tables in the hearth room and extra tables outside. We had about 150 guests and everyone fit perfect.
- Flexibility of venue to meet your needs? The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond to ensure that all of the pressure is taken off of you and to ensure that your special day goes perfect. They even set up the venue as it will appear on your wedding day a couple of days before the big day to ensure it is everything you had invisioned and to see if there are any last minute changes that need to be made so that when you show up the day of your wedding you will have no surprises.
- Have both your reception and ceremony there? If so, make for a happy couple & guests? We had both ceremony and reception at Fairy Tale Manor. We did not want the night to end. It was absolutely amazing! I had so many guests tell me that we had one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever seen and that the location and layout of the place was absolutely perfect. I reccomend Fairy Tale Manor to all of my friends and anyone I meet who is recently engaged. :)
- Favorite part of the venue? It was the very first venue we looked at and I knew right away it was the one. We checked out numerous other venues, but nothing came close to comparing. I loved the fact that we were allowed to choose our own vendors or could choose the ones that Fairy Tale Manor reccomended. The staff was my all time favorite. They truly made my wedding perfect!
