- Favorite part of wedding day catering? Wonderful food, wonderful people to deal with.
- How was food presented at the wedding reception? Cocktail hour? After-party? Brunch? First we had passed trays for cocktail hour, while we were finishing taking pictures. Then for the actual reception we did a buffet that was absolutely beautifully presented. They even have this really neat silverware and plates that looks real but is disposable.
- Most creative part of your wedding day catering? The food was amazing, however they also did our wedding cake and grooms cake. My new husband loves to play poker so Mark did a poker table cake that was out of this world!!
- Favorite wedding dessert? Our wedding cake was delicious it was vanilla with strawberry filling!! The grooms cake was chocolate. They were both AMAZING!!!
