If you’re thinking about starting a new fitness regime for your wedding, go slow and go sensibly. Adding gradual changes to your diet or daily routine over time will be easier and stick better than making drastic changes all at once. As a rule of thumb, give each new change about three weeks to become a habit before you add the next one.
Above all, be nice to yourself. A lot of women talk to themselves in ways they’d never tolerate from a friend.
