Designer Chris Kole believes that you can have it all - a simple, natural-fabric wedding gown that still looks gorgeous. Kole was born and raised in Cyprus, and learned tailoring and the art of hand-crafting clothing from his mother, who made clothes for their entire family. He went on to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York before becoming a designer in several well-known bridal houses and then eventually setting out on his own. His Cotton Bride collection is hand-sewn couture with an eye toward natural fabrics. Kole adds subtle but intricate detailing to make sure that each dress is a pleasure to both the wearer and the beholder.
