Birnbaum and Bullock is owned by Robert Bullock and Steven Birnbaum.
Steven Birnbaum has been designing evening gowns to specialty stores nationwide, and started dabbing in custom bridal wear in 1980. Robert Bullock taught himself to sew, drape, and make his own patterns. In 1990, he moved to New York to start a business called Robert Bullock Hats, which did so well he moved into a partnership with Steven Birnbaum. Both welcomed the partnership and looked forward to flourishing in wedding dress design.
Birnbaum and Bullock wedding dresses are custom cut to a brides measurements so there are no set sizes.
