Judd Waddell 
Judd Waddell, and long time friend Tal Recanati, founded Judd Waddell in March 2000.
Judd, a former architecture student turned fashion designer, earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Washington University in St Louis. His early success at Carolina Herrera Ltd., where he headed the bridal division, was followed by his triumph as the creator of the "Occasions" bridesmaid's line for Jim Hjelm.
In 1995, Judd became Design Director for Galina Bouquet Inc. and then launched a highly successful line for Couture Bridal. In each phase of his career, Judd has maintained a basic design philosophy: "notice the woman first, the dress second." Each of Judd Waddell's wedding dresses reflect this philosophy and leave every bride feeling her best.
