Go ahead and admit it - you want that dream destination wedding in Hawaii or Jamaica, surrounded by sun, sand and warm tropical breezes.
The good news is that even if you want a wedding on a budget, an exotic location for your nuptials may still be within reach.
Melissa Tindage, vice president of sales at RomanceTravelConcierge.com, says that brides shouldn't hesitate to pick out a wedding dress and travel to say "I do," as these types of ceremonies can work out to be cheaper than their counterparts back home.
"With the current economic situation, destination weddings have become the affordable option to have an extraordinary wedding without breaking the bank," she explains.
These celebrations tend to be less expensive because the guest lists are shorter, which in turn saves money on food and other reception costs.
Additionally, many resorts and hotels offer comprehensive packages that can include everything from the accommodations to the wedding cake.
As for where to tie the knot, you could always turn to celebs for inspiration. Salma Hayek recently got married in Venice, Italy, while Gisele Bundchen enjoyed a second wedding in Costa Rica.
This week has seen rumors that Anna Faris and Chris Pratt eloped to Hawaii, but they have been denied by Faris' publicist.
If one can't afford Venice Italy, there is a "Venice" much closer in Las Vegas, NV!
Las Vegas has lakes, fountains, mountains, beautiful natural environments and sun & fun 350 days of the year.
It is the Wedding Capital of the World and still a very popular destination to have a great intimate gathering of family that everyone can enjoy during the festivities. Dining, Shopping, golf, clubs, shows & more & all on one very sparkly street!
