American Idol's newest judge, Kara DioGuardi, said "I do" to her boyfriend Mike McCuddy on Sunday.
In Touch Weekly says the 38-year-old singer-songwriter wore a Vera Wang wedding gown for her big day, which took place in Prospect Harbor, Maine in front of a small group of approximately 30 guests.
The groom is a general contractor who met DioGuardi when he built a house next to where the musician's summer home in Maine.
McCuddy, a former school teacher with a young daughter, proposed in December. In late June, DioGuardi admitted the wedding planning would culminate within a couple of weeks, but she didn't provide specific details.
"I feel great," DioGuardi told In Touch after she wed. "What was most unbelievable about the experience was when I looked out at the church and saw all these people that were so important to me and Mike - who were there for us."
Pastor Scott Nurse Sr, who officiated the ceremony, told Us magazine that the pair seemed "absolutely in love."
Apparently, DioGuardi said her vows without the attendance of any of her fellow Idol judges - Us says that Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson were nowhere to be seen.
