After finding love on ABC's The Bachelorette, Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski are moving into wedding planning mode - and they hope to be husband and wife within the year.
On last night's After the Final Rose special, Jillian was finally able to make a public appearance sitting next to Ed and discuss their future.
The Vancouver resident and first-ever Canadian Bachelorette said that she is currently planning to move into Ed's home in Chicago to start their life together.
Not only that, but Jillian said she is hoping she can don a wedding dress and walk down the aisle within the next 12 months.
After all, she explained that their entire relationship has been fast and intense from the start, so why not keep things moving quickly?
She also pointed out that they had already overcome challenges, from Ed's choice to leave and put his career first (and his subsequent return) to some concerns about physical compatibility in the bedroom.
Jillian previously told People magazine that she wants a private, down-to-earth wedding - but let's hope she at least releases some photos of her wedding dress!
