Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss has been quietly wedding planning for the past several months - and her big day finally arrived on Sunday, October 25.

The actress, who plays Peggy Olson on the hit AMC drama about 1960s-era ad executives in New York, wed comedian Fred Armisen, who is known for impersonating Barack Obama on Saturday Night Live.

Few details have been revealed about the ceremony itself, as the couple is known for being private, but People.com reports it took place at The Foundry in Long Island City, New York.

The bride was apparently planning to wear a Claire Pettibone wedding dress, which was the first and only designer she had considered.

According to E! News, the couple chose to say their vows on October 25 because it was the one-year anniversary of the night they first met, when Moss' co-star Josh Hamm was hosting SNL.

This is the first time down the aisle for the 27-year-old bride, but Armisen, 42, has been married before - to singer Sally Timms of the Mekons.
