On Sunday evening, actress Marla Sokoloff of The Practice married Deadsy drummer Alec Puro at a lavish ceremony in Beverly Hills.

After shopping for bridal gowns, the star settled on a classic white strapless dress with a black sash. Members of the bridal party wore black, and the bride carried a white bouquet, People Magazine reports.

"Marla looked beyond stunning," a wedding guest told the news source. "She took a few deep breaths and briefly teared up before she entered the restaurant."

The wedding was held at Il Cielo restaurant, in the venue's Chapel Garden. Florists covered the garden in fresh flowers. Bright, colorful blooms and dark red roses created a warm atmosphere, according to People Magazine.

As the evening got darker, staff lit twinkling lights, candles and chandeliers to create an intimate and elegant vibe. After the ceremony, the couple, who became engaged in October 2008, treated guests to a traditional Italian meal after a cocktail hour of champagne, fruit and puff pastries. The wedding cake was provided by Buttercake Bakery, said the NYDailynews.com.

The couple met at a party and became engaged in 2008.
