When will Rachel Bilson marry?
Is Rachel Bilson a matchmaker? The former OC star reportedly set up Josh Schwartz, the brains behind the hit TV show Gossip Girl, with her best friend Jill Stonerock.
In Style Weddings reports that Schwartz went shopping for engagement rings twice. The original ring was stolen from his car, so the producer proposed with a plastic ring, and later replaced it with the real deal - a 3-carat, cushion-cut diamond ring.
The couple dated for three years and married in 2008 at the Figueroa Mountain Farmhouse in California, according to the news source.
Bilson was maid of honor at Stonerock's nuptials, but when will she hear wedding bells of her own? The star, who was previously engaged to fellow OC alum Adam Brody, is set to tie the knot with Jumper co-star Hayden Christensen. The pair have been engaged since last December, according to People Magazine.
"They're so excited," a friend told the news source. "They're a great couple. Rachel seems thrilled beyond belief."
The engagement was originally reported on page six of The New York Post, but the couple have kept a low profile since the announcement.

They will never, never, ever, ever get married to him. She has a habit of getting engaged, waiting two or three years and then calling it off. Remember Adam Brody, the hot star of The O.C.? Anyways, Hayden could do better and will finally see the light eventually. Right now his career is in high gear right now, and her's is not, as usual. She needs to get a career and without his help. They are an awful couple and I just believe they have no chance of a happy marriage.
She is with him for his money and fame, because as you can see he is rich and famous and he doesn't speak about his personal life but she is out there showing off. There is no chance they will make it to the altar.
You're 100% right, everyone is seeing this for the sham it is. Plus even Hayden said in that German InStyle interview that he knew that she would rather be shopping in LA than with him on the farm, so.....
Hayden states in the German InStyle article, laughing, that he thinks Rachel would rather go shopping in LA than do farm work, and that they like to take long walks in the woods. Rachel has stated in magazine interviews that she loves the farm and the beautiful area. Just because she does not like farm work does not mean she does not want to be on the farm with Hayden. They seem like an adorable couple, I hope they will be happy together, and wish them the best.
