Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill is officially off the market. This weekend the musician married singer Jessie Baylin at an outdoor ceremony in Brentwood, Tennessee, People Magazine reports. The couple had beautiful, sunny weather to complement their laid-back afternoon nuptials.
So what song did the musically gifted couple choose for their first dance? An instrumental Hawaiian tune featuring a steel lap guitar, according to the news source.
Though brides are often the ones who are excited to sport their new wedding rings, Followill took to the web to proclaim his own giddiness. The day before the ceremony, the singer tweeted, "This time tomorrow night I will be wearing some new jewelry. I'm so excited for tomorrow. A new day, a new life, and a new wife. Thanks Jess."
The star also tweeted a picture of his golden wedding ring. Followill and Baylin have been together since they met at the Bonnaroo festival in 2006.
Though the ceremony was casual, the couple's guest list boasted some big celebrity names. Followill's family members and bandmates - who include Nathan's brothers Caleb and Jared Followill and cousin Matthew -were all in attendance. The Associated Press reported that Scarlett Johannson, who recently added songstress to her resume, was also at the ceremony. Johannson went to high school with Baylin.
