Is Kate Hudson engaged?

Engagement rumors have been rampant about Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez ever since the blond starlet was spotted wearing an impressive diamond ring last week.

According to The Skinny, Hudson has been sporting a $39,000 Louis Vuitton sparkler. The bauble boasts a host of diamonds and pink sapphires set in a white gold band, and looks suspiciously like an engagement ring.

The news source reports that though it seems like Hudson could be soon be shopping for wedding dresses, the ring could also just be a present from Rodriguez to celebrate the Yankee's win at the World Series.

Hudson, who was a fixture at the Yankee games this season, seems to resent the speculation about her love life. The actress has not confirmed the engagement, and the news source quotes her as saying "Did you know that the ring was actually on my right hand?"

However, the couple does have a history of denying things – there was speculation about their relationship for months before they confessed to dating.

Perhaps Hudson is hesitant to tie the knot again. The actress was previously married to Black Crowe’s rocker Chris Robinson. The two divorced in 2006.
