Britney Spears rumored to be engaged

OK magazine reports that Britney Spears is excited to walk down the aisle for a third time. The mother of two is rumored to be engaged to her boyfriend and manager Jason Trawick.

"Britney said she does not have a doubt in her mind that she wants to spend the rest of her life with Jason," the magazine quotes a source close to the couple as saying.

The engagement has been speculated about for some time. Back in August the Huffington Post reported that the pop star showed up at the Teen Choice Awards wearing a diamond engagement ring.

What took Britney so long to begin her wedding planning? OK suggests that the songstress wanted to know that her two sons Sean and Jayden Federline were okay with the marriage.

In 2004 People magazine reported that Britney had married childhood friend, Jason Alexander at wedding chapel in Las Vegas, and even when the star married back-up dancer Kevin Federline later that year, it was in a hurried ceremony.

Perhaps this time Britney is longing for a more traditional big day.
